Rewards

1. Program Overview

• The Program is open to all customers aged 18 and over.

• Registration is required to participate. Customers must provide accurate personal information.

• Customers will receive one digital stamp for every minimum spend amount (subject to change) on eligible purchases.

• Qualifying purchases exclude items such as gift cards, taxes, and any other specified exclusions.

• A predetermined number of stamps (subject to change) must be collected to redeem for rewards.

• Rewards include exclusive designer merchandise or a ticket in the annual prize draw for a professional slow cook BBQ.

• WA Big Butcher reserves the right to modify the minimum spend, the number of stamps required for redemption, and the rewards offered at any time.

• Customers will be notified via email or through in-store signage of any significant changes.

• Stamps may expire after a specified period of inactivity, which will be communicated to customers upon account registration.

• Customers are encouraged to check their stamp balance regularly.

• The annual prize draw will occur on a specified date, and winners will be notified via the contact information provided at registration.

• No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw; alternate entry methods will be specified.

• Customer information collected during registration and participation in the Program will be handled according to WA Big Butcher’s Privacy Policy.

• Customers consent to receive promotional communications as part of Program participation.

• Customers may opt-out of the Program at any time by contacting WA Big Butcher.

• WA Big Butcher reserves the right to terminate a customer’s participation for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent activity.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
